We offer a hassle free 28 day returns policy on all full price and sale items. Items bought from our Clearance Outlet can be returned for an exchange or credit only - scroll down for further information.
To try and minimise product returns we have done our utmost to provide you with an in-depth size chart and measuring guide. If you are unsure of your size, please read through the size guide carefully. If you are still unsure, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.
If you would like to refund/exchange your order you have the right to do so within 28 days. The goods must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, and/or all tickets and tags still attached. We will issue a full refund minus the original shipping charges.
Returning goods to us
We recommend that you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service. Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Thread Retail UK Ltd will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged, nor are we able to collect goods in person or through an agent. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid. We regret we will not reimburse postage costs incurred in returning to us unless the goods are faulty. We will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 7 working days.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will offer an immediate replacement of any faulty goods, including Sales or discount goods, or otherwise we will process a complete refund if an identical replacement is unavailable. Refunds for Sales or discount goods will only be made if identical replacement is unavailable.

Once your package is received, we will send the exchange. We aim to do this on the same day. If the value of new goods is higher we will charge you appropriately.
